Sweet Vinaigrette

2 T. sugar

1/4 c. light tasting olive oil

1/4 c. white wine vinegar

1 T. Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.  This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator ahead of time, but set out before serving to allow the oil to soften.  Mix well before pouring over a salad.  This is perfect for those delectable summer salads filled with berries or other fruits!
